How To Attach

Simply hook onto the bottom of the forklift carriage and push the unit to be flat against the carriage.  Then tighten down the bolts on top, tighten down the jam nuts, and we recommend installing the safety wire to secure the bolts.  Install the power supply and GO.

 NOTE:  The safety wire is the used in similar high vibration environments such as the Space Shuttle, Fighter Jets, Motorcycles, Race Cars, etc.

High Strength 1/2 inch diameter steel bolts with Safety Wire feature

Used for Hook Type Forklift Carriages.  This high strength steel is 0.18 inches thick, and is very robust to impacts.
